Ohio Estate Planning and Probate Attorney
Lee Kolczun is the founder and principal attorney at Lee S. Kolczun Co., L.P.A., providing estate planning and probate legal services in Sheffield Village and surrounding communities in Lorain County and Cuyahoga County in northeastern Ohio along Lake Erie.
Mr. Kolczun has been practicing law since 1974; since 2004 he has been a sole practitioner in the office of Lee S. Kolczun Co., L.P.A. Prior to opening his own practice, Mr. Kolczun was a partner in two different small law firms and also worked as an Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Lorain and as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio.
In addition to his law degree, Mr. Kolczun holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration and is certificated through the Certificate Program in Health Care Financial Management at Ohio State University. Along with his legal practice, he has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of a medical management company and a physician billing company in Lorain.
Mr. Kolczun has a long history of service to the legal profession. He has served on committees and boards in various capacities for the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Cuyahoga County Bar Association, Cleveland Bar Association and Lorain County Bar Association. He is equally active in the community as well and has served as member, officer and board member for nearly a dozen different commissions, foundations and educational institutions in Lorain, Elyria, Avon Lake and Cleveland.
